We live in unprecedented times. Institutions of all sizes and funding models are experiencing the effects of accelerating change. Responding to political and economic changes, climate threat, funding instability, and demographic shifts requires resilient leadership that can anticipate and adapt to changing circumstances rather than relying on brittle, “this is the way we’ve always done it” frameworks and whack-a-mole reaction patterns.
